This position is aimed at professionals passionate about sharing knowledge, developing teams, and transmitting authentic Chinese cooking techniques—from traditional roots to contemporary expressions. Responsibilities: * Design and deliver hands-on workshops on Chinese cuisine (regional, traditional, and modern). * Train staff in preparation techniques, presentation, ingredient usage, and hygiene standards. * Adapt content according to team skill level and project goals. * Promote respect for Chinese culinary culture and its values. Essential Requirements * Fluent English (spoken and written). * Valid visa and passport. * Proven experience as a chef specialized in Chinese cuisine (minimum 5 years). * Communication, leadership, and empathy skills in multicultural environments. * Availability to travel and work on a project basis in McAllen, Texas (may become permanent).
