




Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Developer to build an internal payroll system, managing its design, development, programming, integration, and support. Key Highlights: 1. Full involvement from requirements gathering through post-implementation support **Employment Type:** Project-based (temporary) **Work Mode:** Remote **Estimated Project Duration:** As per scope Project Objective Develop an **internal payroll system** that enables secure, efficient, and legally compliant calculation, processing, and management of the company’s employee payroll. Responsibilities * Gathering functional and technical requirements with Human Resources and Finance departments. * Designing and developing the internal payroll system. * Programming modules for: * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and data modifications. * Calculation of earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits. * Generation of payroll receipts. * Administrative and accounting reports. * Integration with internal databases and/or existing systems. * Ensuring compliance with applicable labor and tax regulations. * System testing, debugging, and technical documentation. * Basic training for key users. * Support during implementation and stabilization period. Technical Requirements * Proven experience as a **Software Developer**. * Experience in developing administrative or payroll systems (mandatory) * Proficiency in C# SQL and/or NoSQL databases. Must be compatible with Firebird. * Knowledge of information security and handling of sensitive data. * Ability to document processes and code. Desirable Requirements * Familiarity with Mexican labor and tax legislation (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). * Experience in custom software development. Project Deliverables * Functional and tested payroll system. * Source code and documented repository. * Technical manual and user manual. * Post-implementation support (duration to be defined).
