




Ensure the attraction, assessment, and hiring of suitable talent for Lorenza Jewelry, guaranteeing efficient recruitment and selection processes aligned with the organizational culture, operational needs, and timely execution—thereby contributing to the company’s stability and growth. **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Personnel Recruitment** * Collaborate with area leaders and Operations Management to define job profiles. * Post vacancies on job boards, social media, and internal channels. * Execute talent attraction strategies aligned with Lorenza Jewelry’s employer brand. * Provide timely follow-up on operational and administrative vacancies. * Maintain an up-to-date candidate database. **2. Selection and Assessment** * Screen resumes according to required profiles. * Conduct initial and competency-based interviews. * Administer and evaluate psychometric and technical assessments (as applicable). * Coordinate interviews with area leaders and Executive Management. * Verify employment references and background information (per internal policies). * Present shortlisted candidates or finalist trios for decision-making. **3. Hiring Process** * Coordinate salary offers and employment terms with HR and Operations. * Request and validate onboarding documentation. * Schedule start dates and liaise with Human Development for onboarding procedures. * Monitor the employee’s effective commencement of work. **4. Process Monitoring and Improvement** * Track new hires during their initial period (probation or adaptation phase). * Analyze causes of early turnover and propose improvement actions. * Measure departmental metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, early-tenure turnover). * Propose continuous improvements to the recruitment and selection process. **5. Compliance and HR Support** * Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and legal requirements. * Maintain confidentiality of candidate information. * Support other HR functions as required. **Interdepartmental Collaboration** * Continuous coordination with Operations Management and area leaders. * Joint work with Human Development for onboarding and integration. * Direct communication with Executive Management for key positions. **Required Profile** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** 1–2 years in recruitment and selection (operational and administrative). **Knowledge:** * Competency-based recruitment. * Structured interviews. * Digital recruitment channels. * Psychometric assessments (preferred). * Basic hiring processes. **Skills:** * Effective communication. * Organization and prioritization. * Analytical ability and sound judgment in selection. * Results- and deadline-oriented mindset. * Ethics and confidentiality. **Competencies Aligned with Lorenza Jewelry** * Cultural alignment and sense of belonging. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail and quality. * Commitment to the company’s growth.
