Since commencing operations in Mexico in 2019, we have experienced steady growth, continuously strengthening our technical and engineering teams. **About the Position** We are seeking a **Junior**-level candidate in Electrical, Industrial, Civil Engineering, or Architecture to support **electrical construction projects**, primarily focusing on on-site supervision and operational monitoring. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on field development and practical experience in real-world projects. **Responsibilities** * Support on-site supervision of electrical construction projects. * Monitor on-site activities and report progress. * Perform basic drawing reviews and assist with operational coordination. * Support project documentation control. * Communicate with technical and administrative teams. **Requirements** * Recent graduate in Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience, professional internships, or social service in electrical construction projects. * Interest in field-based development and project work. * Basic–intermediate English (preferred). * Organized, responsible, and proactive attitude. * Willingness to work on-site.
