We seek an experienced Manager to drive organizational business growth and ensure its long-term viability by effectively leading the administration and operations of the System under their responsibility, developing and evaluating strategies, policies, objectives, projects, plans, and work programs for their Functional Areas, in order to implement and monitor those that guarantee effective performance and continuous improvement of the System. Responsible for the efficient administration of human, material, and technological resources to ensure optimal area operations. Coordinates strategic planning, jointly defining objectives, performance indicators, and budgets with Regional Management. Supervises achievement of commercial, operational, and service quality targets, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Identifies expansion opportunities, evaluates their feasibility, and leads negotiation processes with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners. Manages and monitors key performance indicators, financial statements, and work plans, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Also ensures compliance with legal obligations, internal policies, and operational controls. Leads and develops the team, promoting training, effective communication, and a productive workplace environment aligned with organizational values. Represents the company before local authorities and ensures proper execution of audits and internal processes.
