With proven experience in driving the organization’s business growth and ensuring its long-term viability, by effectively directing the overall administration and operation of the System under their responsibility, developing and evaluating strategies, policies, objectives, projects, plans, and programs for their Functional Areas, with the aim of implementing and monitoring those that guarantee effective performance and continuous improvement of the System. Responsible for the efficient administration of human, material, and technological resources to ensure optimal area operations. Coordinates strategic planning, defining objectives, performance indicators, and budgets jointly with Regional Management. Oversees achievement of commercial, operational, and service quality targets, promoting business growth and customer satisfaction. Identifies expansion opportunities, evaluates their viability, and leads negotiation processes with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners. Manages and monitors key performance indicators, financial statements, and work plans, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Also ensures compliance with legal obligations, internal policies, and operational controls. Leads and develops the work team, promoting training, effective communication, and a workplace environment focused on productivity and aligned with organizational values. Represents the company before local authorities and ensures proper execution of audits and internal processes. You must possess leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive, success-oriented attitude.
