




Position Summary: Coordinate, design, and evaluate private security training programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and coordination of specialized training programs. 2. Supervision of instructor performance and regulatory compliance management. 3. Evaluation of performance indicators and proposal of continuous improvements. * Develop the annual training plan in accordance with applicable legislation and client requirements. * Design training content and instructional materials (manuals, presentations, assessments). * Coordinate orientation, refresher, specialization, and certification courses. * Supervise and evaluate instructor performance. * Manage compliance with requirements set by competent authorities (e.g., Secretariat of Public Security and Citizen Protection in Mexico). * Ensure personnel comply with standards established by regulatory bodies such as the General Directorate of Private Security. * Rational use of force * Human rights * First aid * Civil protection * Crisis management * Customer service * Coordinate drills and operational exercises. * Maintain records and training certificates. * Evaluate performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. * Ensure compliance with regulations such as the Federal Law on Private Security (as applicable by country). * Manage the training department’s budget.
