This role is essential to ensuring the safety of our facilities, employees, and visitors. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect incidents or suspicious activities. * Control access to the facilities by verifying identification and authorizations. * Monitor security camera systems and alarms to ensure proper operation and respond promptly to any alerts. * Respond to and manage emergency situations, such as evacuations, fires, and basic first aid. * Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, maintaining accurate records. * Collaborate with security personnel and other departments to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. * Provide professional customer service, assisting employees and visitors as needed. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in a security or surveillance role (preferred). * Knowledge of basic security procedures and emergency response. * Ability to operate monitoring and access control systems. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with the public. * Capacity to resolve conflicts effectively and remain calm under pressure. * Certifications in first aid and emergency response (desirable). * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
