Airport Coordinator Job Objective Coordinate and supervise operational and administrative service activities at the airport, ensuring compliance with established procedures, document control, and proper execution of operations, thereby guaranteeing efficient customer service and regulatory compliance. Functions and Responsibilities * Control and administration of operational and administrative documentation for assigned personnel and services. * Verification of compliance with requirements and personnel files for airport staff. * Coordination of daily operational activities within airport facilities. * Monitoring of operational incidents and timely response to customer requests. * Preparation and updating of reports, logs, and internal controls. * Supervision of compliance with airport security policies, procedures, and regulations. * Coordination of entry, access, and movement of operational personnel. * Monitoring of permits, badges, credentials, and required documentation for airport access. * Continuous communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure operational continuity. * Support during audits, document reviews, and regulatory compliance. * Supervision of attendance, incidents, and operational coverage of assigned personnel. * Implementation of administrative and operational improvements to optimize service processes.
