We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator with the profile and experience of a Traffic Manager to support the following activities: **Requirements:** * In a transportation, logistics, or courier company as: Operations Manager. * Coordinator of Operators or Supervisor of Operators (1 to 2 years). * KNOWLEDGE OF INTERCITY ROUTES (mandatory) * Management of 30 to 35 units (FULL\-SENCILLO) * Experience in assigning trips to operational staff * Proficiency in transportation operating systems * Flexible working hours **Responsibilities:** * Dispatching cross-border and highway services * Updating unit status. Manage and ensure achievement of the daily sales target. * Promote and verify cleanliness and maintenance habits among operators. * Guarantee and supervise implementation of the preventive and corrective maintenance program for units, including roadside assistance. * Jointly supervise, with the pre-inspector, the proper condition of units. * Ensure and meet the equipment availability target for units under your supervision. * Supervise the condition of securing and lashing equipment.
