




**Human Resources Coordinator** We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to lead our talent management efforts. The primary objective will be to coordinate staffing coverage, ensure compliance with current legal regulations, and strengthen our security personnel’s sense of belonging. **Key Responsibilities** * **Recruitment:** Oversee and execute strategies for attracting security guards, meeting weekly hiring quotas. * **Labor Relations:** Manage employee resignations, final settlements, and contract terminations. * **Legal Compliance:** Ensure all personnel files comply with the Private Security Law and any additional requirements stipulated by clients. * **Payroll and Registrations:** Supervise—ensure timely registrations and cancellations with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * **Organizational Climate:** Implement retention and onboarding programs to reduce the company’s turnover rate. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Law, or related field. * **Experience:** Prior coordination experience, **preferably within private security companies** or cleaning/outsource service providers. * **Knowledge:** Federal Labor Law. * Proficiency in managing key performance indicators (KPIs), including turnover and absenteeism rates, among others. * **Skills:** Negotiation, conflict resolution, high frustration tolerance, and strong organizational abilities.
