Responsibilities/Functions: * *Collaborate with the design team in conceptualizing luxury residential and corporate projects, ensuring aesthetic and functional quality.* * *Assist in preparing architectural drawings, construction details, and technical specifications using software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, among others.* * *Conduct research on materials and architectural trends that can be integrated into luxury projects.* * *Coordinate and manage project documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and current standards.* * *Assist in preparing client presentations and proposals, supporting visualization and communication of ideas.* * *Support on-site supervision and coordination of project execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications and established timelines.* * *Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality standards are met and resources optimized.* * *Actively participate in internal and client meetings, providing constructive feedback and contributing innovative ideas.
