Job Summary: Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the design and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment. 2. Analyze and improve production methods, optimizing capacity. 3. Lead line startups, NPI launches, and production ramp-ups. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Lead the design, adaptation, and implementation of manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. * Define and approve assembly and material handling layouts, considering flow, ergonomics, capacity, safety, and future growth. * Plan and validate manufacturing operation sequences, ensuring robust and repeatable processes that positively impact product performance. * Develop and approve technical specifications for tools, fixtures, and equipment, coordinating their fabrication, procurement, installation, and commissioning. * Analyze and improve production methods, determining installed capacity, bottlenecks, and resource requirements. * Lead and/or coordinate line startups, NPI launches, transfers, engineering changes (ECNs), and production ramp-ups. * Define and track production plans in coordination with Manufacturing, Planning, and other functional areas. * Participate in—and, where applicable, lead—the development of time and cost estimates for processes, equipment, projects, or CAPEX. **Job Objective:** ------------------------- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts to ensure the plant’s safe, efficient, and sustainable operation through technical process definition, project leadership, and continuous improvement—guaranteeing achievement of business objectives related to quality, capacity, cost, and delivery. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- * Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing Engineering, or related degree. * Professional degree required. Minimum 5 years of experience in: * Manufacturing Engineering * Process Engineering * Project Engineering in an industrial environment Proven experience leading: * Machinery and equipment implementation * Assembly and material handling layouts * Line startups, NPI launches, transfers, or ramp-ups Technical Knowledge: * Design and adaptation of manufacturing processes. * Assembly layout and material flow. * Operation sequencing and line balancing. * Definition of tools, fixtures, and equipment. * Capacity analysis, standard times, and production methods. * Process documentation and standardization. Advanced English (mandatory): * Leading technical meetings * Presenting projects * Communicating with teams and stakeholders in the USA * Understanding technical documentation and corporate standards Willingness to travel. * Willingness to travel temporarily to the United States for: ECS / MCS trainings, validations, and project support. Immigration Requirements: * Valid U.S. B1/B2 visa—mandatory requirement.
