Job Summary: We are seeking a sales promoter for the hardware sector, responsible for promoting, selling, and providing customer service in retail stores, performing route-based work and meeting performance targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion and sale of hardware products 2. Customer service and merchandise arrangement 3. Route-based work and achievement of targets SALES PROMOTER – HARDWARE SECTOR Location: Monterrey Responsibilities Promoting and selling hardware products in-store Arranging merchandise on shelves Providing customer service Meeting targets and KPIs Traveling between stores on assigned routes Requirements Experience in sales promotion or direct sales (preferably in hardware, plumbing, or electrical supplies) Strong communication skills and customer orientation Availability for route-based work Valid documentation (Home Depot Torres, Fundadores, and Rioja) We Offer Monthly income up to $16,200 net Bonus for KPI achievement: Statutory benefits Timely payment Excellent working environment Work Schedule Monday to Saturday Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Fixed day off on Sunday Salary: Up to $16,200.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedules Workplace: On-site employment
