




***SHIPMENT COORDINATOR*** **Job Objective.** Coordinate the company’s shipment activities, ensuring timely assignment of vehicles according to customer requirements and verifying that all units are equipped with scheduled preventive maintenance services, valid documentation, and the required corporate image; additionally, supervise that assigned drivers comply with all company-mandated safety measures. **Key Roles and Responsibilities.** * Plan the company’s vehicle assignments in accordance with customer requirements, verifying that personnel adhere to their scheduled working hours. * Conduct daily supervision to ensure all operational vehicles comply with corporate image standards, and that all required documentation and tools are complete. * Request fuel vouchers from Administration as needed and confirm fuel loading via receipt. * Timely request preventive maintenance services for vehicles from the Maintenance Supervisor. * Supervise that both assigned personnel and external carriers comply with the company’s established safety measures. * Receive raw materials (M.P.), complete the “warehouse intake” form, and label accordingly. * Receive purchase orders or work orders from Credit and Collections, specifying coil or material to be used; deliver them to Production and notify the Warehouse Manager. * Prepare the corresponding document (delivery note or dispatch order), including all necessary information, and collect signatures from all involved parties. * Ensure proper cargo loading by taking photographs of cargo arrangement, vehicle license plates, and the transporter’s official ID card, then file these alongside the delivery note. * Verify that company drivers possess valid driver’s licenses and ensure they carry them during each shipment. * Request order status updates from the Production Manager and communicate such status to the sales team to ensure timely goods flow. * Coordinate company shipments jointly with the Sales Department to determine priorities and fulfill daily orders. * Receive raw materials and inspect whether they arrive in good condition and match the supplier’s delivery note. * Maintain constant communication with the Sales Department to review orders scheduled for shipment. * Maintain effective communication with forklift operators regarding plant movements. * Ensure vehicles are always clean and in good operating condition. **Academic Qualification.** Incomplete Bachelor’s Degree (related to Operations and/or Logistics) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
