**Objective** Ensure efficient, orderly, and profitable branch operations by guaranteeing process standardization, inventory control, commercial discipline, and compliance with policies to enhance productivity and business growth. **Responsibilities** * Daily operational supervision of branches and assigned personnel. * Implement, audit, and improve **standardized operational and commercial processes**. * Inventory control, shrinkage management, stock rotation, and replenishment. * Ensure compliance with commercial policies, pricing, promotions, and brand guidelines. * Management of operational KPIs: sales, conversion rate, average transaction value, inventory turnover, and store-level productivity. * Training for store managers and operational teams to ensure alignment with standards. * Periodic performance reporting and proposals for improvement. * Support chain expansion through new branch openings or gradual organizational scaling. **Requirements** ✔ Prior experience in **retail, beauty stores, cosmetics, personal care, or fashion**. ✔ Process standardization and documentation expertise. ✔ Proficiency in inventory management, operational organization, and administrative control. ✔ Disciplined, structured, and execution-oriented profile.
