Schedule: Full-time Position Type: Permanent *Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating projects * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and vendor management * Skills: organization, proactivity, attention to detail, teamwork * Ability to commute (please verify location) * Organized * ***Must own a vehicle / possess a valid driver’s license*** ***Key Performance Indicators:*** * Event organization * Compliance with administrative processes and controls * Management of e-Shop and physical store *Processes Involved In:* * Administrative (billing) * Events * Souvenir sales *Responsibilities:* * Coordinate and support the execution of events requested by various departments. * Monthly process control (events, vendors, payments, souvenir store, signage). * Design event surveys and present results. * Responsible for the physical and online souvenir store (maintain inventory and visual presentation). * Responsible for ordering POP materials and souvenirs, and contracting services required by KWM. * Receive materials, dispatch kits, and conduct inventory of departmental items. * Assist with general departmental tasks as assigned. * Administer/oversee the Marketing vendor payment process. * Administer/oversee the vendor onboarding process at KWM. * Administer/update the Marketing vendor list.
