Job Summary: We are seeking Technical Assistants to join our fiber optic installation team, supporting and learning in order to grow into Technician roles. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in fiber optic installation from the utility pole to the customer's residence. * Provide on-site support to technicians during installation. * Learn and undergo training to advance to Technician role in the short term. Requirements: * **Valid driver's license (mandatory) and standard transmission driving capability.** * Flexible schedule availability (Monday through Sunday, rotating weekday rest days). * Interest in fieldwork and willingness to learn. * No prior experience required; **advancement to TECHNICIAN** occurs in less than 3 months. We Offer: * Paid training (assistant): $9,511 gross monthly * Gross salary (**upon promotion to technician**): $14,000 monthly. * Monthly bonuses ranging from $4,000 to $8,000\. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Fastest possible advancement to Technician role.
