The candidate will be responsible for the **planning, execution, and control** of large-scale construction projects, applying **Lean Construction methodologies** to ensure operational efficiency, resource optimization, and compliance with quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the comprehensive development of large-scale residential projects (over 1,000 homes). * Manage project budgets, ensuring achievement of financial and operational targets. * Coordinate and oversee contractor and supplier performance. * Supervise quality and safety throughout all construction phases, from site development to final delivery. * Implement tools and principles of **Lean Construction**. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, permits, and licenses. **Requirements** * **Education:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 10 years in large-scale housing construction. * **Technical Skills:** * Comprehensive budget management. * Contractor administration and control. * Execution of urban development works. * Construction regulations and permits. * Quality control in construction. * **Desirable:** Certification or proven experience in **Lean Construction**.
