




Job Summary: Assist in various kitchen areas, prepare and plate dishes, maintain a clean work area, manage supplies, and work as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and plating of dishes according to standards. 2. Maintenance of hygiene and order in the work area. 3. Effective collaboration and communication within the kitchen team. Food Preparation * Prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards. * Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, marinating, portioning). * Assist in different kitchen stations (cold, hot, grill, etc.). Production and Service * Plate dishes carefully, paying attention to presentation and portion sizes. * Meet service timing requirements during peak hours. * Follow instructions from Cook A or the chef. Cleaning and Organization * Keep your work area clean and organized. * Wash utensils and equipment as needed. * Comply with food hygiene and handling standards. Supply Control * Check that sufficient ingredients are available for the shift. * Assist with receiving and storing products. * Prevent waste and ensure proper use of supplies. Safety and Hygiene * Use kitchen tools and equipment correctly. * Follow food safety regulations. * Maintain appropriate personal hygiene (uniform, clean hands, etc.). Teamwork * Coordinate with other cooks and departments (servers, bar staff, etc.). * Assist with other tasks as required. * Maintain clear communication in the kitchen.
