Job Summary: Responsible for optimizing production efficiency, reducing defects, and ensuring safety and logistical coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of efficiency and reduction of downtime 2. Defect reduction and quality control 3. Implementation of 5S methodologies and operational training Monitor efficiency and goal attainment by reducing downtime and line stoppages in assembly lines. Reduce scrap through periodic machine adjustments as well as implementation of quality controls. Implement 5S methodologies to ensure an organized, clean, and safe workplace. Train operational teams, fostering cooperation to ensure production continuity in case of absences. Coordinate with logistics to guarantee timely material flow to the production line. Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. Salary: Starting at $20,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
