We are currently seeking talent with strong performance potential and energy capable of reinforcing and generating the positive work environment we proudly uphold. **JOB SUMMARY** Develop commercial documentation in SAP for direct components and packaging materials based on defined rules and processes to ensure parts are procured and prepared timely according to vehicle launch plans. Additionally, ensure that prices contracted in Yazaki’s Global Purchasing Database (GPDB) are accurately reflected in SAP to guarantee that commercial transactions, financial decisions, cost calculations, and accurate supplier payments are based on a robust pricing and quotation system within YNCA. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES** * Manage and promote tracking of activities and projects related to Purchasing Data Management (PDM) to ensure their execution. * Serve as the primary contact point for Manufacturing Plants, Program Managers, Design Engineers, and Procurement staff regarding development and registration of new components; interact to translate customer requirements into specific components used in the product. * Ensure business requirements and processes in coordination with relevant departments. Understand prerequisites and dependencies of projects related to Purchasing Data Management (PDM). * Ensure data integrity between GPDB and SAP to support successful transactions and decision-making. * Monitor IDocs (Intermediate Documents used to process and enable material receipt). * Maintain key metrics periodically to ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken to guarantee smooth business operations. * Coordinate and ensure communication with the supplier base regarding SAP implementations and product transfers. * Execute SAP-related activities concerning data administration and handling of supplier change requests (SCR) and supplier changes (CPCN/SCN). * Review and prioritize new initiatives through project generation. * Manage projects and resources for improvement initiatives related to wave and non-wave SAP implementation processes. * Align Purchasing Data Management (PDM) objectives with the company’s key performance indicators. Consider key business needs served by PDM but not currently included in the current design, and determine initiatives to incorporate them into scope. * **REQUIREMENTS** Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Required Certifications: Preferred: SAP, APICS Prior Experience: Required: Experience in procurement or related fields. Preferred: 1–2 years. Travel Requirements: National and international travel: 30%. Languages: Business English B2. Systems/Applications: SAP, Beams, GPDB, Microsoft, Success Factors.
