




**Restaurant Auditor** ***Job Objective:*** Supervise, verify, and evaluate the restaurant’s proper operation through periodic audits of operational areas: kitchen, bar, and dining floor. ***Responsibilities:*** * Conduct operational and administrative audits at the branch according to the established plan. * Review and validate inventories (food, beverages, supplies) and identify discrepancies or irregularities. * Verify compliance with policies, procedures, and operational standards. * Review documentation: invoicing, memos, orders, purchases, vouchers, expenses, and daily reports. * Analyze shrinkage, variances, waste, and propose improvement actions. * Prepare clear and detailed audit reports containing findings, evidence, and recommendations. * Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions. * Identify operational and administrative risks and propose improvements. * Train staff on sound control practices when necessary. ***Requirements:*** * Minimum experience: 1–2 years in auditing or internal control within restaurants. * Knowledge: operational processes, inventory management, cost control, cash handling, POS systems, and intermediate Excel proficiency. ***We Offer:*** * Weekly salary: $4,000.00 MXN (net) * Weekly bonus: $1,000.00 MXN * Statutory benefits If you meet the required profile, please share your updated CV and we will contact you.
