




**Requirements (Mandatory):** * **Minimum 5–8 years of experience** in warehouse or logistics operations. * Proven experience leading operational teams. * Solid knowledge of: * **Quality processes** within the warehouse. * **Inventory control** (cycle counts, turnover, adjustments). * **Shipping and material receiving**. * **Safety and compliance with operational standards**. * Ability to **manage personnel**, supervise staff, and track performance metrics. * High capacity for **decision-making under pressure**. * Intermediate–advanced proficiency in Excel and WMS systems. **Job Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflows and on-time delivery. * Ensure compliance with **quality processes**, inspections, internal audits, and customer standards. * Supervise the proper execution of **shipping**, receiving, material control, and documentation. * Manage **inventory**, ensuring accuracy, shrinkage control, and variance analysis. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise operational staff, shift supervisors, and related departments. * Implement continuous improvement strategies, process optimization, and cost reduction initiatives. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, safety, inventory, and shipping. * Resolve operational issues and make strategic decisions to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Coordinate with production, logistics, quality, and procurement departments to guarantee efficient material flow. **Competencies:** * Leadership and effective communication. * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Organization and planning. * Ability to work under pressure. * Sense of urgency and decision-making capability. * Negotiation and conflict management.
