Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Human Resources Analyst to join a leading Project Management team, focused on the full talent lifecycle and personnel administration. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking your talent as a **RECRUITMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conducting initial interviews **by phone** and completing candidate interview forms. * Updating forms * Posting job openings for various departments on recruitment and selection platforms. * Screening candidates according to position requirements (reviewing CVs). * Scheduling and coordinating interviews with department heads. * Following up with interviewed candidates and providing them with updates on their application status. * Compiling personnel files for new hires. * Personnel administration * Updating job descriptions * Recording incidents * Employee support **What qualifications do you need?** * **Resident of Monterrey, N.L.** * Proactive attitude * Effective communication skills * Recruitment experience (specialized profiles) * Sense of urgency * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field **Benefits and Perks You’ll Enjoy:** * Statutory benefits * Computer equipment * Uniforms * Working hours: Monday\- Friday 8:30 am \- 6:30 pm; Saturdays 9:00 am \- 1:00 pm * Location: San Jerónimo (near Galerías Monterrey)
