Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: On Site This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México**.** You will be mainly accountable for: * Executing continuous improvement and strategy deployment and working with the core team to standardize processes and develop best practices. * Administration of Connect Ideas system. Which consists of reviewing and evaluating the initiatives of the operational staff, managing initiatives with all departments and evaluating the execution of all approved ideas. * Execution and administration of the 5S's system. Evaluate compliance with weekly audits, develop dashboard charts and report results to the entire organization in conjunction with the continuous improvement team. * Participation and execution in kaizen events.
