




Summary: The Commercial Strategy Coordinator supports profitability growth by developing and improving effective new and current products and commercial strategies. Highlights: 1. Develop performance analysis tools and dashboards for products The Commercial Strategy Coordinator will report to the Commercial strategy and Incentives Manager to support the profitability growth of the Business by developing and improving effective/strategic new and current products as well as commercial strategies monthly aligned to GM and GMF sales objectives. * Collaborate with Product and Commercial Strategy Leadership in order to develop new products/services (digital orientation preferred) in order to provide our customers, differentiated solutions that ensure dealerships make easy to do business with us providing to end users (final customers) a memorable experience. * Research and apply critical thinking to industry trends, competitor dynamics and current events to provide to GMM and GMF areas relevant business insights and commercial strategies orientation. * Partner with GMM: in developing strategic products by providing real time competitive/ market analytics. * Work jointly with GMF core areas like Risk, FP\&A, Pricing, Sales, Operations and CX, among others to develop (research, testing, implementation, and monitoring) commercial and profitable products as well as commercial strategies and offers. * Development of new and existing products performance analysis tools and dashboards. * Support validation routines regarding Product \& Commercial Offer uploaded into the Operational Systems. * Assist in the development of strategic and analytical reports. * Synthesize research and analyses to develop concise and effective presentations to communicate the new products/commercial offers and strategies to the rest of the Company, dealerships and GMF and GMM teams. * Weekly participation in the IO New Products Committee * Bachelor degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or similar. o Desirable: Master in Business, Marketing or Finance. * Fluent in both English \& Spanish (will be evaluated during interviews). * At least \+3 years of experience in product, new product development and/or commercial strategies areas or similar; whereas such experience it is preferred in banking or financial companies. * Preferred experience in leading and/or coaching employees * Preferred product and commercial strategies development experience. * Efficient interpersonal skills required in order to effectively communicate (oral and written) and interact with all levels of the organization. * High analytical and problem solving ability. * Ability to manage multiple tasks with very short timelines/deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment. * Ability to present technical information clearly and accurately. * Excellent organizational skills (self\-organized and auto motivated). * Results\-orientation with an ability to execute and complete deliverables in a timely manner * Able to oversee management of projects from start to finish. * Negotiation skills to manage projects with multiple stakeholders. * Servicing design skills with customer experience oriented. * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word \& Outlook).
