Your role at Baxter: Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned personnel on a production line or in a production area, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction objectives. Resolve operational issues and actively contribute to continuous process improvement, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. What you will be doing: * Operational Supervision * Efficiency Management, Scrap Handling, and Problem Resolution * Quality, Documentation, and Non-Conforming Material * Continuous Improvement and Projects * Ergonomics, Workstations, and Tooling · Improve workstations to promote ergonomics and operational safety * CAPA, Regulatory Compliance, and Audits * Process Planning and Control What you will bring: * Leadership and leadership development, decision-making, structured problem-solving, effective communication, change management, results orientation, and safety focus * Lead and supervise assigned operational personnel, ensuring compliance with production plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Analyze daily results using tools (Kaizen, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) Equal Employment Opportunity Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
