Job Summary: This role is responsible for the separation, collection, and compaction of recyclable materials while maintaining order and cleanliness in merchandise receiving areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Separation and classification of recyclable materials (cardboard, paper, plastics). 2. Operation of machinery for compacting cardboard. 3. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in merchandise receiving areas. The role primarily focuses on the **separation, collection, and compaction of recyclable materials**, specifically targeting cardboard and stretch wrap (plastic film) generated by store merchandise. * **Material separation:** Classify cardboard, paper, and plastics. * **Compaction:** Operate machinery to compact cardboard (baler) to maximize space. * **Dock organization:** Maintain clean and unobstructed merchandise receiving areas (dock crossing/Crossdocking). The shift runs from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Sunday, with Tuesdays off. Weekly bonus of $500
