Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for industrial cleaning, performing maintenance cleaning tasks in plants, offices, courtyards, and parking lots with constant movement. Key Highlights: 1. Varied cleaning tasks **Location:** Industrial facility (100% industrial cleaning work) **Working Hours:** 8-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday **Required Profile:** Minimum education: Elementary school Minimum experience: 6 months in cleaning (factory/warehouse) or 1 year in domestic cleaning Age: 18 to 58 years old **Responsibilities:** Cleaning inside and outside the plant, offices, courtyards, and parking lots. 100% industrial work; requires willingness to move constantly. **Salary and Benefits:** Base monthly salary: $10,868.61 Approximate total monthly earnings: $13,015.49 (includes base salary, fixed overtime pay, punctuality bonus, attendance bonus, savings fund, and grocery vouchers). Additional Benefits: Grocery Bonus: 10% of base salary ($1,028.55 per month). Punctuality Bonus: $315.78 per month. Attendance Bonus: $315.78 per month. Savings Fund: 13% of base salary (employer/employee contribution). Life insurance. Christmas Bonus: $150.00 (annual payment).
