




**Job Objective** The Unit Price Analyst is responsible for developing and analyzing unit prices, budgets, and technical\-economic proposals for construction projects, ensuring technical consistency, compliance with tender requirements, and documentary support for public and private tenders. Main Responsibilities * Prepare **economic proposals** and construction budgets. * Determine the **list of items**, based on technical site visits, review of drawings, specifications, and scope, ensuring constructive coherence. * Perform **quantity takeoffs**, material quantifications, and estimates. * Develop **unit price matrices**, analyzing inputs, labor productivity, safety equipment, hand tools, and machinery. * Calculate and analyze **indirect costs, profit, financing**, and **hourly machinery costs**. * Review, read, and interpret **project drawings** and technical documentation. * Prepare **construction schedules** and **critical path analysis**, where applicable. * Prepare **technical\-economic proposals** for tenders, ensuring compliance with tender requirements (site visits, clarification meetings, proposal submission, opening, attendance at award decisions, etc.). * Develop **extraordinary prices**, as required by the project. * Perform **volume and unit price reconciliation** with the client. * Integrate the **Real Wage Factor (FASAR)** in accordance with applicable guidelines. * Prepare **administrative reports** for proposal submission (input breakdowns, disbursement schedules, material usage, machinery usage, etc.). * Reconcile costs and scope with **subcontractors**, in line with authorized costs and working conditions. Job Requirements **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Architecture**, with **degree certificate and professional license**. **Experience** * Minimum **3 years** in a similar position (unit pricing, budgeting, tenders, or construction cost control). Essential Knowledge and Skills * Advanced proficiency in **OPUS** and **AutoCAD**. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel**; CivilCAD and/or Revit are desirable. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite**. * Knowledge of unit price integration for: **hydraulic works, sanitary works, stormwater systems, fire protection systems, electrical works, earthworks, roadways, urban development, building construction, and civil works**. * Knowledge of **construction estimating**. * Familiarity with **applicable regulations** and **current price schedules**. * Knowledge of **construction materials** and **construction processes**. * Skills: numerical analysis, attention to detail, organization, communication, and collaborative work.
