Supervises flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that generate higher profitability and expense control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service by monitoring flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct branch operational checklists. \- Execute actions to ensure inventory accuracy, product facing and arrangement, as well as branch order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate direct reports using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education.
