A metal-mechanical company seeks a **Process Engineer** due to expansion. **Objective:** Document, analyze, and structure manufacturing processes for machined parts in CNC machining centers, generating standardized operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams to ensure repeatability, quality, training, and continuous improvement. The candidate will be responsible for directly observing the manufacturing process, understanding the step-by-step workflow for each part, and converting it into clear, functional technical documentation. **Experience:** * Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in metal-mechanical industry processes or operations involving machining centers / lathes. * Experience working on the production floor. * Experience in continuous improvement projects and continuous flow processes. * Development of procedures and work instructions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of quality principles. **Responsibilities** * Analyze the manufacturing flow of parts in machining centers. * Observe and document production processes step by step. * Develop detailed work instructions per part. * Design operational manuals and technical documentation templates. * Record key manufacturing parameters.
