Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; currently completing studies or graduated · Payroll experience REQUIRED · Effective communication skills, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Responsibilities: **Payroll Management** **Prepare, calculate, and stamp payroll.** * Validate payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, bonuses, commissions). * Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, FONACOT). * Address inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues raised by employees. * Prepare termination settlements and severance payments in accordance with applicable law. **Lead HR Team** We offer: Direct employment with the company Competitive salary Statutory benefits and additional benefits Excellent work environment Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM If you are interested and meet the profile, please send us your information Job type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $28,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
