Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Systems Engineer with experience in ISO 9001 and IATF16949 standards to develop and maintain the company’s quality management system. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in quality management and internal/external audits. 2. Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF16949. 3. Implementation of ISO 9001 from scratch through to certification. We are US Motor Works, a company dedicated to the assembly and packaging of automotive parts, such as water pumps, fuel pumps, etc. We are looking for: **Quality Systems Engineer** **Job Description:** * Develop and implement company policies, processes, and procedures. * Prepare and maintain quality management documentation. * In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF16949 standards. * Lead and support internal and external audits of the quality management system. * Lead and support customer audits of the quality management system. * Conduct periodic audits and reviews to ensure employees comply with quality and safety policies. * Manage and administer corrective actions related to processes and/or products, nonconformities, and 5S. * Monitor and ensure compliance with Quality Control KPIs. * Develop internal audit tools and implement an annual internal audit program. * Administer company KPIs as well as quarterly meetings. * Train staff on quality management, nonconformities, and problem-solving. * Handle administrative processes for RMAs and NCMRs. * Implementation of **ISO 9001** from scratch through to certification. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineer / Mechanical Engineer or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quality Systems Engineer in a metal-mechanical company. * Advanced English (Mandatory). * Strong oral and written communication skills, both publicly and privately, with personnel at all levels and departments. **We Offer:** Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications (biweekly payment), plus the following benefits: \* Christmas Bonus: 30 Days \* Statutory Vacation \* Vacation Premium: 70% as per law \* Food Allowance: 10% Monthly \* Savings Fund: 5% Monthly \* Major Medical Expenses Insurance (Employee only) \* Working Hours: 7:00 am – 4:45 pm, Monday to Friday. **Work Location: Santa Catarina, NL** Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
