At Yellow Scaffolding, we specialize in the production, sale, and rental of scaffolding and formwork; delivering efficient and effective processes with outstanding service and support is our commitment. **\*Seeking: \*** **\*PAYROLL ANALYST\*** **\*RESPONSIBILITIES: \*** \* Full payroll processing (for a workforce of 250\-300 employees). \* Affiliation transactions in IDSE (registrations, terminations, and salary modifications). \* Calculation and validation of severance payments. \* Preparation of SUA and ISN reports. \* Payroll receipt control. \* Distribution of food vouchers. \* Assignment and administration of payroll cards and food vouchers. \* Virtual Desktop, IDSE, and IMSS mailbox. \* INFONAVIT deduction control. \* FONACOT processing. \* Generation of payroll reports and analysis for decision-making. \* Absence/leave control. \* Validation of taxable base, ISR, and payroll tax. \* Calculation of contribution base salary, with or without variable components. \* Employee support for resolving payroll-related inquiries or clarifications. \* Effective communication with employees regarding payroll and benefits. \* Payroll stamping reconciliation. \* SAT review (stamped receipts). \* Calculation of PTU, Christmas bonus, and savings fund. **\*REQUIREMENTS:\*** · Completed Bachelor’s degree: Accounting, Law, Finance, or Human Resources Management (preferred: degree certificate and professional license). · 2\-3 years of experience as a payroll assistant or analyst, performing the duties described above. **\*OFFERED: \*** · Monthly salary: $22,000\.00 pre-tax (paid every 14 days). · 100% IMSS registration. · Statutory vacation days. · Vacation bonus: 25%. · Christmas bonus: 15 days’ salary. · Profit-sharing. · Punctuality and attendance bonus: 3%. · Direct employment contract with the company. · Company-provided computer and mobile phone. **\*ENHANCED BENEFITS AFTER COMPLETING PROBATION PERIOD (3 MONTHS): \*** · Performance indicator achievement bonus. · Food vouchers: 5%. · Savings fund: 5% (doubled when disbursed in December). · Interest-free loans (up to 15 days’ salary). · School assistance (children\-August). · Financial support for birth, marriage, or bereavement. **\*ANNUAL BENEFIT: \*** · Major medical expense insurance\- individual. **\*WORK LOCATION: \*** Av Lázaro Cárdenas 2321, Residencial San Agustín 1er Sector, 66260 San Pedro Garza García, N.L. **\*WORK HOURS: \*** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm or 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm.
