Logistics \- Transportation \- Distribution \- Warehouse Warehouse \- Inventory 3 hours ago 3 Years of Experience ### **Description** At Totum Talent, we are looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator for a company engaged in the marketing of latex products, located in Escobedo, Nuevo León. **Objective**: Professionalize raw material and work-in-process inventory control, ensuring traceability, accuracy, and movement control from production output through storage, thereby reducing variances, shrinkage, and operational deviations. **Responsibilities:** * Manage inventory of approximately 300 part numbers (raw materials and WIP). * Control material flow from production (demolding) to warehouse. * Maintain records comparing received production (e.g., tube feet) against physical inventory. * Supervise material receipt, placement, and storage. * Conduct monthly inventory counts. * Identify, analyze, and explain inventory discrepancies. * Validate and control reported scrap versus actual scrap. * Identify leakage points in the process (production, handling, recording). * Ensure timely material replenishment to production lines. * Design and implement inventory controls (currently no system in place). * Standardize recording, inbound, outbound, and traceability processes. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or Engineering * Intermediate English (Desirable) **Experience**: * Inventory or warehouse experience in a production environment * Handling of multiple SKUs (ideally +200). * Experience with cycle counts and variance control * Inventory control (FIFO, cycle counting, traceability) * Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency * ERP / WMS system experience
