**Job Purpose** --------------- **DANA DE MEXICO is seeking a BILINGUAL ACCOUNTANT** **For training, growth, and professional development in the Finance area** **2 positions – Dana Escobedo, NL and Dana Querétaro** Provide support across various finance functions, aiming to develop managerial skills aligned with Dana’s philosophy to achieve objectives and become a potential long-term candidate for succession planning through accelerated financial knowledge development. **\#OCCDANAMEXICO** **\#COMM** **Job Duties and Responsibilities** ----------------------------------- Selected candidates will be assigned to different roles to develop knowledge and skills in the Finance area, with the objective of eventually assuming a Plant Controller position at one of Dana Mexico’s plants – Chihuahua, NL, Estado de México, or Querétaro. **Shared Services – Accounting**: Coordinate activities for monthly and annual financial closings; ensure financial information accuracy and timely updates in Dana’s systems. **Plant Controller**: Familiarity with and ability to operate Dana’s financial systems, including SAP, HFM, EB2, CTS, GLCM, Margin Analysis, and CIA; familiarity with and ability to manage financial planning processes such as TREND, Forecast, and budgeting; familiarity with and ability to manage cost and inventory processes. **Financial Information Analysis**: Consolidate financial information in Mexico; support the monthly financial review process; prepare analyses comparing actual results against budgeted, forecasted, or prior-period results using Dana’s analytical tools. **Internal Audit**: Participate in the full internal audit cycle—from planning and execution to data analysis and report issuance—and contribute to audit remediation efforts with management. **Education and Qualifications** -------------------------------- **PROFILE (Mandatory Requirements):** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Experience: 3 to 7 years’ experience in general accounting, finance, or cost accounting. Advanced English proficiency and high developmental potential.
