Ensuring efficient and timely service to customers Responsible for coordinating and following up on administrative and operational activities related to the procurement, control, and distribution of consumables (toner), as well as supervising auxiliary staff in the field, ensuring efficient and timely service to customers. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative and/or logistics activities. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience in inventory control and operational tracking. * Organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills. * Leadership and operational staff management capabilities. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. **Responsibilities:** * Management and ordering of consumables (toner) based on operational needs. * Analysis of equipment usage reports and readings to determine procurement requirements. * Coordination and supervision of operational auxiliary staff in the field. * Assignment and tracking of consumables delivery routes. * Receipt, control, and delivery of toner to customers. * Coordination of consumables shipments and delivery tracking. * Generation of operational reports and ensuring their proper execution. * Inventory control of consumables. * Decision-making to optimize delivery times and procurement levels. * Preparation of administrative and operational reports. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Work Location: On-site
