DE C.V.** is a Mexican company with over 25 years of experience in importing, distributing, and marketing tires, inner tubes, rims, and accessories for the agricultural, industrial, construction, mining, transportation, and recreational sectors, and is seeking: **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (INDUSTRIAL TIRES)** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school * Minimum 5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor * Proven experience managing high-volume inventories (\+5,000 SKUs) * Experience in industrial, tire, or spare parts sectors * Personnel management (warehouse staff, drivers, assistants) * Proficiency in inventory control (physical vs. system counts, cycle counts, audits) * Experience receiving containers and distribution logistics * Forklift operation (HS/HP) * Availability for warehouse opening and closing * Residence near the work location **We Offer:** * Weekly gross salary: $ 4,000\.00 * Monthly attendance bonus: $ 600\.00 * Punctuality, transportation, and productivity bonus: $ 400 weekly * Statutory benefits * Savings fund (plant-based) **100% Operational Responsibilities:** * Personnel management and supervision * Supervision of daily warehouse operations * Control of goods receipt and dispatch * Maintenance of up-to-date inventory records (physical vs. system) * Execution of cycle counts and internal audits * Coordination of container loading and unloading * Supervision of warehouse organization, cleanliness, and order * Monitoring and reporting of inventory discrepancies * Management of tire inventories (agricultural, industrial, construction, mining, transportation, and recreational) * Coordination of delivery logistics and package tracking with driver-warehouse staff * Support in customer service (counter deliveries) * Product mapping and identification within the warehouse * Authorization of goods dispatch * Forklift knowledge (HS, HP) * Warehouse opening and closing (MANDATORY) * Driver’s license SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday: 8:20 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:20 AM to 1:00 PM Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
