Job Description Sales Engineer (Mine-Site Experience) · Division Weir Minerals México Location Querétaro, Mx Modality Onsite (field work) · JOB OBJECTIVES Participate in and execute the Sales Strategy through technical and commercial relationships with mine-site customers. · Responsible for achieving individual sales targets, as well as the proper management of resources allocated by the company for this purpose. · Execute and coordinate actions that lead to customer satisfaction and ensure the company’s market presence in its coverage area. RESPONSIBILITIES Execute the sale of equipment, machinery, services, and integrated solutions, highlighting product advantages. Identify customer needs at all project stages (pre-feasibility, feasibility, execution, operation, and maintenance) and generate business opportunities. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle. Coordinate technical assistance and pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Prospect new customers and strengthen existing accounts, planning periodic visits. Prepare commercial and technical proposals by analyzing customer specifications and documents. Propose improvements and solutions that optimize costs, processes, and applications within the customer’s environment. Provide technical training and information to customer personnel for correct use of products and services. · Requirements and Qualifications Degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Desired experience: 2–3 years in similar roles (mining or metallurgy experience required). Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
