Responsibilities: Strategically and efficiently manage the international procurement process. Ensure timely supply of raw materials, products, and services from abroad, based on total acquisition cost, quality, logistics timelines, regulatory compliance, and foreign exchange control. Manage suppliers and negotiate purchasing terms. Track international shipments (transit, arrival, and customs clearance). Ensure compliance with applicable customs, tax, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with Treasury on scheduling international payments and foreign exchange management. Monitor import-related incidents (delays, shortages, damages, cost overruns). Maintain an updated registry of international suppliers. Analyze market trends to make informed procurement decisions. Requirements Prior experience in procurement and supply chain. Knowledge of the lubricants industry. Ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships. Analytical skills to evaluate market data. Own vehicle required.
