Supervise personnel and ensure the quality of processed material A major company in the limestone mining industry seeks expansion: **Production Supervisor** **Job Description** Requirements: * 2 years of experience as Production Supervisor * Age: 29 to 45 years old * 1. Coordinate startup of primary and secondary plants in the shortest possible time. * Monitor efficient equipment operation through inspections at both plants. * Organize logistics for loading and hauling equipment. * Monitor and minimize production downtime. * Monitor processed material (color and size). * Review amperage controls for mills and vibrators. * Ensure no material leakage occurs. * Prepare production reports, Mobile Equipment / Plant Maintenance reports, dust control logbooks, ERP system entries, and emails. * Supervise activities of assigned personnel. * Perform other assigned tasks. * Report any process failures to the Operations Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisors. * Monitor and control dust emissions during processing. * Monitor the loading and hauling cycle to maintain optimal primary production pace. * Maintain secondary plant at maximum capacity. * Coordinate with Sales to ensure material quality. * In case of emergency, coordinate production shutdown. * Fulfill responsibilities and activities described in the Quality Management System documents, and comply with applicable standards directly related to the process.
