Quality analyst responsible for ensuring compliance with standards for products and processes, managing inspections and releases in a production environment.

**Requirements:**

**Responsibilities:**
* Review and release of finished products and raw materials against specifications.
* Comply with and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
* Monitor defective logbook entries based on work area
* Control raw material and in-process product samples
* Comply with quality plan and sampling table
* Manage rejection of raw materials and finished products.
* Maintain records and archive results of performed inspections.
* Issue quality certificates for finished products.
* Laboratory cleaning.
* Retention of finished product and raw material samples.
* Compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) records
* Halt the production process upon identifying non-compliance with work instructions.
* Ensure products delivered to customers meet required quality and safety standards, and adhere to IMS guidelines at all levels.
* Approve machine startups and first-piece release.
* Request immediate corrective actions for defects identified during the process.
* Support production staff with questions regarding acceptance criteria.
* Maintain inspection record control; verify that all workstations have corresponding operation instructions.
* Verify that production equipment operates within established control parameters and that records of such are maintained.
