At izzi, we are looking for a Technical Manager to lead operations at our CERCOTEC. If you have experience in managing technical teams, operational control, and a strong focus on service quality, we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Supervise the Installation Technician/TC team, ensuring punctuality, safety, and professional appearance. Validate and authorize payroll incidents, leave days, vacations, and overtime hours. Ensure productivity and quality in installations and services. Identify, document, and escalate technical issues affecting platforms, equipment, and external infrastructure. Coordinate tool and equipment inventories with the warehouse. Conduct on-site supervision of technicians, prioritizing best practices and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene requirements (drills, civil protection, PPE, vehicles). Requirements: Prior experience leading technical or field teams. Knowledge of telecommunications, network installation, and maintenance. Proficiency in productivity and quality metrics. Administrative management capabilities (payroll, incident handling, reporting). Availability to work both on-site and in the office. We Offer: Competitive salary.
