Maintenance Technician for Machines – Plastic Injection Experience Required

Job Summary: Autoplastek is seeking talent for a position requiring experience in maintaining plastic injection machines, diverse technical knowledge, and the ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as participate in continuous production improvement. Actively participating in production improvement and efficiency **Autoplastek is looking for your talent — don’t wait any longer, join our team!** * Requirements Education: Technical degree, TSU, Engineering, or related field Age: 23 to 35 years old ***Experience*** **· Minimum two years (verifiable) of experience in maintenance of plastic injection machines — MANDATORY** · Knowledge of electrical installations · Knowledge of cooling systems · Knowledge of compressor maintenance · Knowledge of electronic circuits · Basic mechanical knowledge · Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics · Motor control · Reading of blueprints and diagrams · Use of measuring instruments (vernier caliper, multimeter, barometer, etc.) · Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools · Use and handling of tools (drill, grinder, soldering iron, welding equipment, etc.) · Preventive and predictive maintenance of equipment · Problem resolution and analysis ***Responsibilities*** · Participate in Top 5 area meetings · Participate in QRQC regarding production breakdowns · Conduct efficient shift handovers (provide accurate and timely transmission of production information, incidents, events, KPIs, etc.) · Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) · Provide overtime support · Implement 5S across various work areas · Comply with safety and hygiene regulations · Implement TPM · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company machinery and equipment · Verify that operators perform Level 1 maintenance · Comply with SEA (Autoplastek Excellence System) and QMS (Quality Management System) · Adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct and/or internal regulations **Location: Gate Industrial Park, Escobedo, N.L.** **Apply only if you meet all the above requirements!** Salary: $19,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
