This opportunity is for you! **Job Responsibilities**: * Administer servers (Windows Server, physical and virtual) * Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure); maintain and operate Active Directory and Office 365 * Handle incidents and requests (ServiceNow or other system) * Execute patching, updates, and system monitoring * Administer backups and recovery * Manage security and vulnerabilities * Administer virtualization (VMware) * Handle basic SQL databases * Automate tasks using PowerShell * Document processes and propose operational improvements **Primary Technologies**: * Microsoft Windows Server (server administration), Active Directory * Office 365, Microsoft Azure (Cloud), VMware (virtualization) * SQL Server (databases) * PowerShell (automation / scripting) * ServiceNow (ticket management) * Monitoring tools (PRTG, WhatsUp Gold), Backup & Recovery (Veeam, tape backups) * DNS, DHCP, and security policies **Secondary Technologies**: * Monitoring tools (PRTG, WhatsUp Gold) * Backup tools (Veeam, tape backup) * File Server (permission and storage management), DNS * DHCP, vulnerability and antivirus management * ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools * Process documentation (runbooks, manuals), Virtual Desktop * Azure virtual desktops * ITIL best practices (change management, incident management, SLAs) **Specialized Knowledge and/or Skills**: * Advanced automation * PowerShell scripting * Hybrid environment management * On-premise infrastructure \+ Azure (cloud) * Resolution of complex incidents (L2 / L3\) * Optimization and continuous improvement * Infrastructure hardening and security * High availability and continuity management * Technical escalation capability * Basic architectural vision * Management of integrated multiple technologies * Structured technical documentation **Soft Skills**: * **Proactivity** → propose improvements, not just execute tasks * **Problem solving** → analyze and diagnose incidents * **Teamwork** → coordinate with IT and business areas * **Effective communication** * **Organization and time management** * **Responsibility and commitment** * **Adaptability** to environments * **Analytical thinking** → identify root causes * **Service orientation** * **Documentation ability** **Specialized Knowledge and/or Skills**: * Advanced automation * PowerShell scripting * Hybrid environment management * On-premise infrastructure \+ Azure (cloud) * Resolution of complex incidents (L2 / L3\) * Optimization and continuous improvement * Infrastructure hardening and security * High availability and continuity management * Technical escalation capability * Basic architectural vision * Management of integrated multiple technologies * Structured technical documentation **Hiring Terms** **Salary Range:** TO BE AGREED **Work Modality:** ON-SITE **Contract Type:** INDEFINITE Salary: $40,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
