Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in facilities, including welding and restoration. Key Highlights: 1. IMPORTANT: COMPANY BAMA IS SEEKING: **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** REQUIREMENTS: **\- Availability of time.** **\- Must reside in the center of Monterrey, Nuevo León (Mandatory)** KNOWLEDGE: \- Preventive and corrective maintenance \- Tool handling \- Completion of maintenance checklists \- Arc or electrode welding, or knowledge of electricity, electrical systems, or electronics **\- Valid driver's license (must be able to drive manual transmission)** \- Tolerance for working under pressure, attention to detail, courteous demeanor, proactive attitude, dynamism, organization, teamwork, and responsibility. \- Strong verbal communication skills (will interact directly with internal and external customers). \- Proficiency in using basic tools. **\- Welding experience (Mandatory)** WE OFFER: \- Monthly salary of **$15,000 MXN** **\-** Weekly payment \- Statutory benefits. \- Complimentary uniforms RESPONSIBILITIES: Electrical installations maintenance, welding, finishing, painting, and electronics. Restoration tasks. Conduct facility inspections to identify and resolve issues. Preventive and corrective problem resolution. Maintain records of completed work.
