Today, we continue to lead because we have a diverse, world-class workforce that places the customer at the center of everything we do. **About the Role** As an EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and sustainable plant operations while protecting people, the environment, and the business. Your role will directly impact operational continuity, legal compliance, and the strengthening of the safety and environmental stewardship culture—positively influencing colleagues, customers, and strategic partners. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze, prevent, and control Environment, Health & Safety risks associated with plant operations. * Ensure compliance with applicable Mexican legislation and corporate EHS requirements. * Implement and monitor government programs such as Clean Industry and Safe Enterprise (or equivalents), including documentation and action plans. * Implement, maintain, and improve the Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste Management Plan (segregation, labeling, temporary storage, collection, and traceability with vendors). * Deliver and coordinate EHS training and instruction (onboarding, critical topics, campaigns, and refreshers), ensuring documentation and effectiveness. * Implement and monitor the Industrial Hygiene Program, including identification of hazards, controls, PPE usage, monitoring, and corrective/preventive actions. * Conduct safety and environmental inspections and walkthroughs on the shop floor, report findings, and ensure timely closure of actions. * Strengthen the safety and environmental stewardship culture through communication, visible leadership, campaigns, and committee participation. **Requirements** We seek proactive, organized individuals with a preventive mindset, shop-floor leadership, and results orientation.
