




The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service experience by promptly attending to our customers and ensuring proper follow-up on their orders and deliveries. **Age: 18–30 years** **Responsibilities:** * Attend to and follow up with customers via **phone, WhatsApp, and social media**. * Manage **order schedules** and coordinate corresponding deliveries. * Provide personalized assistance, resolving inquiries regarding products, promotions, and services. * Monitor **drivers** during their delivery routes to ensure orders are delivered correctly and address any unforeseen issues. * Keep customer information updated in the system. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **sales, customer service, or call center** (preferred). * Proficiency in basic digital tools (WhatsApp Business, social media, email). * Clear communication skills and a friendly demeanor. * Proactive attitude and strong organizational ability. * Flexible availability.
